14-day return policy – easy and hassle-free landing!
At Orbits we offer a 30-day full return policy as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. To ensure a smooth return, we recommend that you test your item on a soft surface. Remember that any labels must remain on and the item must not be dirty – it must be resalable as new. Thank you for your understanding!

Have you received a damaged or defective item?
Should your item be damaged or have a defect, please contact us as soon as possible. To ensure a quick processing, it will help us if you send pictures of the damage or defect. You can send your complaint directly to support@orbits.dk so that we can solve the problem quickly!
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the money to the card used for payment. This can take up to 7 business days, but it is often faster. Thank you for your patience!
Please note that longer processing times may occur on anniversaries and other holidays.

You can easily track your package using the tracking number you received via email or SMS. Use one of the following links to find your package:

We send packages via GLS or DAO, and you can choose to have your package delivered either to a parcel shop or directly to your address. If you choose a parcel shop, the delivery fee is 39 DKK. If you want delivery to your private address, there will be a higher delivery cost.
